Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Building Supervisors for our Major Mining Partner in the Pilbara Job Title: Building Supervisor Location: Newman (FIFO ex-Perth) Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend) Hours per Day: 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM) Pay Rate : $85 per hour Super paid on all hours! Successful Candidate: WA Drivers License Building Trade Qualification S26 Certification - Essential Proven experience across domestic construction and mining operations Demonstrated ability in effective contractor management Strong contractor management and leadership skills and safety Proficient in Excel, emails, and reporting. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Contribution to identify, scoping and delivering ongoing improvement opportunities Role Requirements: Supervise and coordinate contractors working on property refurbishments. Ensure quality control and timely project delivery. Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance. Utilize Excel and email for reporting and communication. Solve problems efficiently and provide effective leadership. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
